1. Parties and scope

These Advertiser Terms ("Terms") govern the relationship between Hauler Technologies Co., Ltd., operating as Boost Boss ("Boost Boss"), and you, the advertiser ("Advertiser," "you"). They supplement the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. Campaigns

2.1 Setup

You set campaign objectives, targeting parameters, budget, bid (where applicable), and creative through the Boost Boss dashboard or API. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the creative content you submit.

2.2 Creative review

We may review creative for compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable laws. We may reject, pause, or require modification of any creative without prior notice.

2.3 Performance

We do not guarantee any specific number of impressions, clicks, conversions, or business outcomes. Campaign performance depends on factors including but not limited to budget, bid, targeting, creative, inventory availability, market conditions, and audience behavior.

3. Billing

3.1 Prepaid balance

Advertiser accounts are prepaid. You deposit funds into an advertising balance via PayPal, credit card, or other supported methods. Impressions are deducted from your balance as they are delivered.

3.2 Pricing

Standard pricing is as published at boostboss.ai/pricing or as set in an individual insertion order (IO). Founding partner pricing and custom rates are subject to specific terms in their offer.

3.3 Reporting

Impression, click, and conversion counts shown in our dashboard are the official record for billing purposes. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant transaction; later disputes are waived.

3.4 Payment processing

We use third‑party processors (PayPal, Payoneer, others) to handle payments. Processor fees apply per their schedules. Where processors collect applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) on our behalf, those amounts will appear on your receipt.

4. Insertion orders (IOs)

For custom campaigns and brand deals, the parties may enter into written insertion orders that specify pricing, inventory, delivery timelines, and other terms. In case of conflict between an IO and these Terms, the IO controls for matters specifically addressed; these Terms control for all other matters.

5. Creative rights and ad serving

You retain ownership of your creative content. You grant Boost Boss a worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive license to host, serve, modify (only for technical optimization), reproduce, and display the creative as necessary to deliver your campaign.

You may not submit creative that you do not have the right to use, including third‑party trademarks or copyrighted material without license.

6. Brand safety and inventory

We use industry‑standard brand safety controls. We do not guarantee that ads will not appear next to content you find objectionable. If you identify a brand safety issue, contact legal@boostboss.ai and we will investigate.

7. Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: unused balance is refundable within 30 days of deposit; delivered impressions are non‑refundable except in cases of platform error or fraud.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and a US $25 chargeback handling fee. Contact billing@boostboss.ai first to resolve disputes.

8. Audience data

We do not sell advertiser audience data. Conversion and attribution data you upload to enable targeting is used only for your campaigns and is retained per our Privacy Policy.

9. Sanctions and prohibited markets

You may not run campaigns targeting or originating from countries subject to U.S. or international sanctions (Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Crimea, Syria, and other sanctioned regions).

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold Boost Boss harmless from claims arising out of (a) your creative content, (b) products or services advertised, (c) your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or third‑party rights.

11. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the past 12 months, or (b) US $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, unused advertising balance is eligible for refund per the Refund Policy. Sections that by their nature survive termination shall continue in effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Disputes shall be addressed first by good‑faith negotiation; if unresolved within 60 days, by the Taipei District Court (台北地方法院). Class actions are not permitted.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms with at least 14 days' notice. Pricing changes apply only to prospective campaigns or balance top‑ups.
