This Refund Policy applies to advertiser deposits and other charges made by users of the Boost Boss advertising platform (boostboss.ai), operated by Hauler Technologies Co., Ltd. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
Advertisers may request a refund of unused advertising balance (funds deposited but not yet spent on delivered impressions) within 30 days of the original deposit. Unused balance refunds are processed at face value, less any payment processing fees retained by the payment processor (typically 2.9% + USD $0.30 for PayPal).
For campaigns currently delivering impressions, refunds will be pro‑rated. Impressions already delivered are non‑refundable; remaining unused budget is eligible for refund per Section 2.1.
Impressions that have been delivered to publishers are non‑refundable, except in the following circumstances:
Include your account email, the transaction ID or date, the amount, and the reason for refund.
Our team will verify the transaction, review delivery records, and respond with a decision.
Refunds return to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.). Bank settlement times vary by jurisdiction.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We can usually resolve issues directly within 7 business days.
Publisher payouts are final once processed. However, we reserve the right to claw back payouts in cases of:
Clawbacks will be applied to the publisher's next scheduled payout. If the publisher's balance is insufficient, we may invoice for the recovery amount.
We do not currently offer a financial SLA. In the event of significant platform downtime that prevents ad delivery, we may at our discretion issue advertising credit (not cash refunds) to affected accounts.
Boost Boss does not currently offer subscription products. All advertiser payments are budget‑based prepayments. If we introduce subscription products in the future, separate cancellation terms will apply and will be communicated to affected users.
All amounts on the Services are denominated in USD. Refunds are returned in the original payment currency. Payment processor fees deducted at the time of the original transaction (e.g., PayPal's 2.9% + USD $0.30, currency conversion fees) are non‑refundable.
Where Boost Boss collected applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) on the original transaction, refunded taxes will be returned proportionally. Tax refund eligibility is subject to the rules of the relevant tax authority.
