5. Creative Standards

All advertising creative on Boost Boss must meet the following standards:

  • Brand‑safe: appropriate for a general professional audience
  • Trademark‑compliant: only use trademarks you own or have license to use
  • Copyright‑compliant: only use creative content you own or have license to use

We may reject or require modification of any creative at our sole discretion.

6. Publisher Standards

Publishers integrating Boost Boss ads into their applications must:

  • Operate a legitimate AI tool, MCP server, app, or service with real user engagement
  • Render ad markup faithfully, without modification, hiding, or repositioning that violates IAB standards
  • Not generate artificial traffic, impressions, or clicks through bots, click farms, incentivized clicks, or auto‑refresh schemes
  • Not misrepresent inventory category, audience size, or geographic distribution
  • Not host or serve ads on content that violates this AUP (e.g., adult content, illegal content)
  • Disclose Boost Boss as their ad partner in a privacy policy or transparency page
  • Comply with applicable consumer disclosure rules (e.g., FTC endorsement guides, GDPR/PIPL consent)
  • Maintain accurate ads.txt or app‑ads.txt records reflecting the Boost Boss seller relationship

7. Fraud and Invalid Traffic

Boost Boss employs automated and manual fraud detection. Suspected invalid traffic (IVT) will be subject to:

  • Withholding of associated publisher payouts pending investigation
  • Clawback of previously paid amounts attributable to invalid traffic
  • Permanent account closure for verified fraud
  • Referral to law enforcement in egregious cases

Sources of invalid traffic include but are not limited to: bots, scripted clicks, click farms, incentivized clicks, hidden ads, auto‑refresh, popunders, malware traffic, and box‑car/click‑injection attacks.

8. Privacy and User Data

Publishers must obtain any consent required by applicable law (GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, etc.) before allowing ad‑serving in jurisdictions that require such consent. Boost Boss provides a basic consent management framework; publishers are ultimately responsible for compliance in their own applications.

9. Reporting Violations

To report a suspected AUP violation, please email legal@boostboss.ai with as much detail as possible. We investigate all reports.

10. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in any combination of:

  • Content removal or campaign pause
  • Account warning
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Forfeiture of unused balance or unpaid earnings
  • Legal action where applicable

We may take action without prior notice if necessary to protect users or the platform.

11. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect.
